Meet Managing Team Jaime & Vicky
The Captains of our Soho Flagship
As the leaders of our team in Soho who knows our products best than Jaime and co-manager Vicky? Jaime was born in Barcelona and has been living in NYC for over 7 years. He is a trained artist and chef. On any given day you can see him drawing on our boards, perfectly carving that slice of jamon iberico or as the chef in charge of preparing paellas on our famous Paella Saturdays. He leads our unique and private master classes on hand carving jamon- so he is the expert to talk to about that! Vicky’s training has been in the hospitality industry and she brings her years of experience, and positive energy to our team. She is the kindest host and the most familiar smile in our cafe area to those that know her by name. She is a wine and beer enthusiast and the person responsible for the recipe of our killer sangria served by the glass. As the heads of our staff in Soho they both dedicate a lot of time and effort in making sure that the heart and soul of our business remains authentic to the passion, conviviality and flavors of Spain that we aim to represent.
