Toro Albalá Balsamic Reduction
Sirope de Uvas Pedro Ximénez. This balsamic reduction is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes that are boiled down and concentrated to form a delicious, thick syrup. The intense purple-black color, smoky aroma, and sweetly acidic taste makes this a unique Spanish treat. It works great for cooking, and we particularly enjoy it as a glaze for chicken or drizzled over cake and ice cream.
