Palacios Hot Chorizo
Hot Dry-Cured Pork Sausage. This dry-cured chorizo is manufactured in La Rioja, Spain, and was the first dry-cured chorizo product to be imported into the US. Made with hot, smoked Pimentón de la Vera, it’s all-natural with no artificial preservatives, ready to be sliced and eaten. Serve with wine and cheese, or with fresh bread. This dry chorizo is also available in a milder version, picante, if you prefer more subdued flavors.
