Catalonian Brand Sausage. Fuet is a very typical pork sausage from Vic in Cataluña, but this one is made in the United States. None is imported from Vic currently. It is a dry cured sausage that is similar to salchichon, with flavors of garlic and black pepper, but drier in texture because the link is thinner. Slice this sausage and serve with crusty bread. In addition to being served as charcuterie, fuet is also great in hearty soups and stews.
