We can't believe how popular they have become in the restaurant scene. We carry all different sizes and shapes for you to select from. These are all approved and safe to cook and serve food in them.
These cazuela pieces do not have lead in them and therefore although perfectly safe to serve food according to USDA standards-they are a bit more delicate for everyday use.
You can cook with these but at low temperature settings. You must cure them before your first use by immersing them in tepid water for 3 hours.
You can use them on a gas stove, on an electric burner, in the oven, and also in the microwave. They are dishwasher safe.
