In this category you will find all of the specialty meats that we distribute. Some of the meat item selections are either manufactured by us at our USDA inspected plant, imported from Spain, or produced by some of our industry colleagues at USDA inspected establishments.

Please remember that meat products are heavily regulated by the Department Agriculture , therefore many of the items you will find in Spain are not allowed to be imported. Yes, they are definitely not allowed to be brought in your luggage- not even canned or vacuum sealed. Be weary of the X-ray machine and the little dogs that will curiously approach you at customs.

Brand names are often misleading. Unfortunately we cannot get wonderful Salchichon de Vic, Morcilla de Burgos or Cecina from Leon to name a few. The only legally authorized meat varieties that are currently imported from Spain are from specific manufacturers that have USDA inspected approved establishments. These various establishments manufacture dry chorizo, chorizon-cantimpalo, Serrano ham, dry cured pork loin, York ham and Iberico meat items.
