Sobrasada Tipo Mallorquina

This sobrasada is manufactured by our friends at La Española Meats in California.   It is a spreadable chorizo paste that has a high concentration of paprika and garlic.   It tastes best when served warm.

TASTING NOTES: When served warm on toast it slighty oily and very flavorful. Reminiscent of chorizo spices.
