Campofrio Lomo Embuchado Although it is often hard to find, lomo embuchado is a definite delicacy. It is a dry cured pork loin that is rubbed with pimenton during the months it is in bodega. It is to be sliced very thin and enjoyed as is with a little olive oil and bread. TASTING NOTES: This product has an aroma of paprika and spices.
