Despaña Brand Salchichon

Our salchichon is a dry cured product that is ready to be sliced and eaten.   The pork meat is ground finely.   Once you slice it you will find intermingled spots of black pepper.

TASTING NOTES: You will taste a mix of salt and pepper with a garlic finish.

SPECIFICATIONS:  

• Vacuum sealed.
• Approximate weight: 1.3 lb.
• Each unit is 12 inches long by 1 1/2 inches diameter.
• Natural casings. All pork product.
