Despaña Brand Morcilla

Our morcilla is the undiscovered gem among the products we manufacture. It is a hit every time we give out tastings of it. Try it fried in a bit of olive oil or on the grill. It tastes great in stews as well (think fabada).

This family recipe originated in Asturias. It is manufactured with a variety of spices. It shows that we put a lot of care and time into the manufacturing of our morcilla. We select and chop these onions by hand for our production.

TASTING NOTES: Morcilla is soft in texture with a lot of complex flavors of spices blending together as you taste it. It has a slight sweet finish.
