Made with pasteurized goat's milk and cured for 3 months. It has a hard dark moldy exterior and an interior that is very white and compact.

Origin: Cataluña

Tasting Notes: This cheese is full bodied with a pleasant herb and mushroom aroma. It has a smooth finishing texture with hints of nuts.
