Tupi (Cow) Tupi Made with pasteurized cow's milk and cazalla liquor that is fermented in these jars. Tupi in Catalan is the name for this clay jar where the cheese is stored. Origin: Cataluña Tasting Notes: This cheese has aggressive bold flavors. The mix of cazalla liquor comes through in the fruity finishing notes. It is piquant and very flavorful.
