Farm cheese made with pasteurized cow's milk in the foot of the Sierra del Cuera.

Origin: Asturias

Tasting Notes: This cheese is very mild and creamy. It melts in the mouth with an overall compact impression. It does not have a very persistent aftertaste. If you like Tetilla, Arzua Ulloa, and Nata Cantabria you should definitely try Vidiago.
