Zamorano D.O. Raw Milk
Made with raw sheeps milk, Zamorano is cured for 6 months and
is a close cousin to the 12 month cured Manchego. This is a cheese with
a lot of personality with its complex flavors.
Origin: Castilla-Leon
Tasting Notes: The flavors in this cheese are very well developed. It
is not too salty, slightly piquant, tangy but not too aggressive with
persistent flavors of nuts and hay.
