Made with raw Lacha or Aragonesa Sheep's milk and cured for 4 months. Roncal was the first Spanish cheese to obtain denomination of origin in 1981.


Origin: Valley of Navarra


Tasting Notes: This cheese has a well balanced pronounced persistent flavor that is slightly piquant. It is an excellent cheese to serve with grilled vegetables or piquillo peppers.
