When you travel to Galicia you will see large floating vessels on the cost lines where these mussels are cultivated.

Cabo de Peñas has perfectly marinated these mussels in a delicious escabeche sauce. The mussels are not too big and are not chewy. They have a soft texture and a nice sauce taste that is not overly vinegary.
