Imagine Yourself as Master Carver! 

Take the first slice at becoming one.

It has been a delightful journey introducing the art of carving jamon to the culinary curious and enthusiasts as well as to professionals of the specialty food industry. We were delighted to find out that many guests who signed on travelled in from different parts of the country to attend our 'hands on' training classes. We thank our collaborators Fermin USA, our master jamon carvers, and our wine purveyors who gladly contributed to our efforts to provide this unique “Despaña Experience” at a great price. It was as much of a great experience for us at Despaña. We truly enjoyed meeting and teaching each trainee.

At this time, we are not offering new dates in 2015 in the same group class format.

We are taking a break and leaving some room in order to offer other interesting group setting classes that you all have been asking us for. In the meantime, below is a listing of what was offered- or better said- what you unfortunately missed out on enjoying. A “steal of a deal” in a deliciously wonderful Soho, NYC private setting.
