Spanish Olives and Spreads
We import the majority of our table olives from Southern Spain with the exception of our Arbequina olives from Cataluña. Spanish olives are plump and firm in texture with a mild pleasant aroma and flavor. All of our olives are in brine and packed in jars or cans.
Our most delicious varieties are the stuffed olives produced by Francisco Muñoz of Aceitunera del Guadiana. This family run operation was the first to commercialize stuffed olives for export under the Oro Verde brand name.
Although stuffed olives have become popular favorites among our customers, you will also find the most traditional varieties of Manzanilla, Gordal, black and Empeltre olives.
