Our business originally started as a chorizo factory on Northern Boulevard, and ever since then our company has been growing continuously in order to provide Americans the best Spanish products for wholesale and retail markets nationwide.

Despaña Queens
Our story begins at 86-17 Northern Blvd in the historic district of Jackson Heights, Queens. As the most diverse borough in NY, it is easy to understand that in the early 70’s this is where a family of immigrants from Asturias, Spain, would decide to establish a store location dedicated to all things Spanish.
Despaña Princeton
Despaña Princeton was opened in 2013 as our first joint venture outside of New York. This beautiful downtown location is on the corner of Nassau and Olden and has an open space feel that includes a market on the first floor to allow for a grocery shopping experience by day and by night a “BYOB” restaurant.

Supplying Restaurants and Stores with Tasty Spanish Flavors
A great part of our business is focused in the wholesale market. We started servicing restaurants and nowadays we supply big and small restaurants and stores, and we also sell Spanish products to other distributors who, in turn, sell them in Chicago, Florida, Washington, Seattle and Las Vegas.
